Functionality of Backers’ Starscreen machines with 3 Fractions


The star screen machines with starscreens of 3 fractions can screen the over grain, the middle grain and the fine grain out of the input material. In addition the star screen machines with starscreens of 3 fractions can be equipped with grids or vibro-grids optionally.

The material is filled in the hopper of the screen type. At first the material is transported to the coarse screen. That’s very important, because so the sticky material is loosened for the fine screen! The over / fine grain is dosed and put on the lower belt and -very important- dosed and flat on the second starscreen. Here the intermediate and fine grain is conveyed accordingly to the principle of starscreen machines with 2 fractions.

Optimum screening dimensions are 6/8 to 80 mm.
