Applications:
Soil recycling:
Recycling of waste soils. By adding binding agents, utilizable fill materials are within a closed system.

Homogenization:
Creation of new building materials directly on the construction site for road building. This mechanical soil improvement produces new building material for immediate use.

Soil stabilization:
Suitable for creating stabilized soils in earthmoving and road construction. Mixing and road construction. Mixing in of lime and comparable soil stabilisers are possible, dust-free. Especially desirable in residential areas.

Immobilisation:
Contaminated soils and building materials require precise dosing of binding agents to be able to dispose of materials recycled or arranged by type.

Soil-chalk mixing:
Screening soil by 50/60 mm and mixing the fine with 1 – 10 % chalk

Fluidized soil
By adding and mixing water to the finished composite product it can be used as fluidized soil. Soil like soil class 3-4.
Mobile concrete mixer drives the fluidized soil to its place of installation.


Screen aggregates:
Almost 4 sqm on screening deck I (pre-screening) the task material is prepared to further mechanical treatments in screening deck II. Alternative in step II there can be a fine screening to 8 sqm.
